At Legend Longbows™, we take pride in individually handcrafting traditional American semi-longbows. We carefully package and ship each completed bow to help ensure it reaches its destination safely.

Processing & Production Times

Stock Longbows & Accessories

In-stock longbows and accessories generally ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom & Made-to-Order Longbows

Every custom Legend Longbow™ is individually handcrafted according to the customer's selected specifications.

Because each bow is built one at a time, production times vary depending on our current build schedule, order volume, and material availability.

Any estimated production timeframe provided at the time of purchase is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion or shipping date, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Before production begins, we will personally contact you to review and confirm your final bow specifications.

Please Note: Shipping charges are collected at checkout. Payment of shipping charges does not indicate that your custom longbow is completed or ready for shipment.

Your bow will ship only after production is complete and any outstanding balance has been paid.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery

We offer shipping through available carriers displayed at checkout. Shipping options may vary depending on the destination, package dimensions, and service availability.

Customers may select their preferred shipping service from the available options during checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed by Legend Longbows™. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, and other circumstances may affect transit times.

Shipping Insurance & Protection

Shipping insurance or additional declared-value coverage may be available depending on the selected carrier and shipping service.

Customers are encouraged to review available coverage options when placing an order.

Any shipping protection, declared-value coverage, or insurance claim is subject to the applicable carrier's or insurer's terms, conditions, and coverage limitations.

Packaging

Each Legend Longbow™ is carefully packaged using protective materials designed to minimize movement and help prevent damage during transit.

We take reasonable precautions when preparing shipments to protect the craftsmanship and integrity of each bow.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's transportation and handling procedures.

Although Legend Longbows™ cannot control carrier delays or handling, we ask customers to contact us promptly if a shipment is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed.

For damaged shipments:

• Photograph the exterior packaging before discarding it.

• Photograph any visible damage to the bow or other contents.

• Retain all original packaging and shipping materials.

• Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, tracking information, and photographs.

We will review the circumstances and assist with applicable carrier claims when appropriate.

Carrier liability and any available reimbursement are subject to the carrier's terms and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have against Legend Longbows™ under applicable consumer protection laws.

International Shipping

Legend Longbows™ ships to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, import regulations, and carrier processing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable import restrictions and regulations before ordering.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.
