Shipping Policy

Processing Times

-Stock Bows & Accessories: Ship within 3–5 business days of payment.

-Custom Bows: Ship within the agreed build time frame.

Carriers & Insurance
All bows are shipped via insured carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority) to ensure safe delivery. The shipping carrier is selected by you the buyer. You do have the option depending on shipping carrier to purchase additional shipping insurance. 

Packaging
Each bow is securely packaged with protective wrapping to prevent damage in transit.

International Shipping
We ship to select countries. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
While rare, carrier delays and losses can occur. Once the bow has been shipped, lost/delay in shipment is beyond our control and must be addressed with the shipping carrier you choose at check-out. The shipping carrier is selected by you the buyer. In the event of lost or damaged package, please contact the shipping provider you selected at check out.
